In this store, which is the brand’s first concept store in the world. There is the product presentation corner called EXPERIENCE POINT using IoT technology, this makes it easier to convey the image to customers more quickly and accurately. Customers can use an information display system to see product-related information including interior styling ideas, product descriptions, products made of the same material or in the same color among other suggestions by holding a color sample chip over a pedestal in front of a touch panel. In the center of the store, we planned a high-quality and cozy customer service space wrapped in soft curtains woven with gold thread. FURTHER was responsible for coordinating details such as fixtures, lighting fixtures and display panels used in the project as a Japanese liaison for ITAB, a Swedish company most closely related to the BoConcept headquarters, and we were responsible for the management of this project with Ombori company of Sweden, which provides digital technology.
